We’ve spent over 12 years remotedly and on site programing several processes from simple data acquisition via OPC Standard trought single automized/robotized stations in automotive industry to fully robotized lines.

Industry 4.0
For setting up systems where data base can read out PLC’s memories, you need some knowledge about memory organizasation in particular PLCs’ family, communication protocols and media type via PLCs’ can communicate with external equipment.
Older unints does not need sometimes exchange for newer ones for being part of the new insdustrial standards. Depends on what factory have already installed, there is a way to reduce some costs which can excessively ditch investors pockets in case of implementation so called Industry 4.0.
